Lighter You is a seven day residential health & fitness retreat. Our aim is to help you achieve your weight loss goals and introduce you to a week of exercise, weight loss therapy, healthy nutritional meals and a tailored support plan that will start your journey to a happier, healthier, lighter you. We have firsthand experience with the mental and physical challenges faced with weight loss. As a team, we will work extremely hard during your visit to assist in achieving your greatest weight loss. Twins from The Biggest Loser

As contestants on ITV1’s The Biggest Loser, Zandela and Ayanda both achieved incredible weight loss during the show. After receiving unbelievable support and encouragement from their fans they decided to launch their own weight loss retreat program alongside their father William Ralph. Looking to kick start the retreats this winter, 2011 the twins aim to share their experience and inspire others to achieve their weight loss dreams.
